Everyone at Roland Black was very friendly and so easy to work with, starting with the ladies in the office all the way to the techs that came out to look at our plumbing problems. They were price-competitive and very prompt to come out. I would definitely recommend them.

I called them about a smell in my bathroom, and they were able to come out the next day to diagnose. My service tech was Joe Moore. He quickly identified the problem and gave me a realistic and cheap solution that would remedy the problem. He also took the time to look around at the plumbing in the basement to ensure everything looked okay (it is a very old home). He was the best. I would absolutely call them again for any of my plumbing needs. Thank you for assisting!
