Honesty, respect, and hard work is why Kellen is getting 5 stars. Not happy with the outcome of my unit, but that is a manufacturer issue, not this company. I trust them to handle all the repairs.
Adding a note for a follow-up service on my electrical panel as it was tripping. Jake came out and replaced it, no issue. What I found so amazing was that he noticed a different switch that wasn’t sitting properly. He replaced it for no charge. Seriously, these people treat me like I am family. Step in and just handle it.

We had several dealings with Roland Black and their technicians in the past month. Justin Tucker came out to look at the duct boot vents that weren't replaced on a house we just purchased. The previous owner had a new system put in and his installer didn't replace the old vents that were original to the house when built in the 1970s. He checked the system from top to bottom and answered all my questions and explained everything to me and made his recommendation. Jacob and Collin came out a few days later and did the vent replacement for us. Today, Preston Sexton came out and serviced our unit. All these young men are very knowledgeable at their jobs. They all took the time to answer questions and explain what they were doing. They all did a fabulous job. I highly recommend Roland Black Heating and Cooling.
