Just had my furnace checked out for the winter. The process was very simple. Roland Black gave me a call to let me know it was time to have it looked at. Two days later, I had my appointment scheduled. They arrived within the time frame I was given. They even sent a picture of the technician and some background information on the technician who came out; that is a very good idea. Preston came out and was very courteous and professional. I am very pleased with Preston and Roland Black. It is very assuring to have them taking care of our needs. They are very reliable and dependable.

Roland Black replaced my furnace and installed a new downstairs AC unit in my home in Feb, so almost a full HVAC overhaul. They have always been very informative and responsive from the beginning, during, and the completion. Any issue or concern was promptly addressed. Had a small issue with AC pressure in summer due to the cold temperatures in Feb, but those issues were resolved so fast, without question or conflict at no charge because of the warranty. No hidden games. Every member of their staff has been very kind and informative. They really try to earn and keep your business. The scheduling receptionist to any team member who comes to your house is amazing. Feels like you invited your closest friendly neighbor into your house even though so smile comes with a bill, lol. The whole team was fantastic. I called on a Tuesday and Justin came out that day. Unfortunately, my unit was in need of expensive repairs (13 years old) or replacement. I chose to replace the unit and installers arrived by 9 the next morning. Justin and Jacob were fantastic. So within 24 hours, I had A/C again. Professional, quick response, and great team. I had a new air conditioner installed and a new air return put in earlier and there seemed to be a problem with my house not completely cooling properly. Had someone come out and couldn’t figure it out. The next day Mr. Barlowe came out and truly hunted and analyzed the situation and found the issue. He brought back a team to fix it and problem was solved. He was very nice and responsive, for which I am grateful, especially in the world where customer service is lacking!

I have been a longtime customer with a “big name” company, but when my air conditioner failed on Wednesday night, they could not schedule me until Sunday. Luckily, I found Roland Black, and they were able to schedule me the same day. I am so appreciative of their excellent service; we have pets and would not have been able to stay without air conditioning. Joe was our technician; he arrived on time and was very polite and respectful. He diagnosed the problem with expertise of the system and parts needed and was able to have the unit running again very soon. Prior to arrival, I was given a call and a message with the name of the technician coming, and Joe went over in detail all options and pricing and answered all of our questions. Will definitely call again for future needs. Great service!
