They have gone beyond what I would have expected. My husband was sick with terminal cancer, and when they checked our unit, it was a fire hazard that needed to be replaced. Adding a note for a follow-up service on my electrical panel as it was tripping. Jake came out and replaced it, no issue. What I found so amazing was that he noticed a different switch that wasn’t sitting properly. He replaced it for no charge. Seriously, these people treat me like I am family.
