Great customer service and commitment
Heat pump died 2 days after the great ice storm of January 2026. They came out the same day I called. Unfortunately, the compressor had failed, but Justin quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered a replacement. Justin has been my go-to technician for several years now, and he always does excellent work. As a follow-up to the previous post, there was a delay due to the subsequent snowstorm the next week, which resulted in Clarence coming out another day to install the compressor. Due to an electrical problem in my panel and a couple of other issues, the installation carried over to a second day. Despite snow and freezing temperatures, Clarence stuck with it, kept me informed of progress, and now I have a working heat pump. Great customer service and commitment. Thanks!

Total professionals, hard to beat!
We had a total system failure with our old heat pump (33 years old). I contacted Roland Black Heating and Cooling and they came out giving us the details for a new system. The next day, their install team came and removed the old heat pump, installing a new Goodman SER 14 system the same day. Total professionals, cleaned up and hauled the old system away. The unit works perfectly. It has a 10-year parts and labor warranty. Hard to beat!
