Roland Black replaced my furnace and installed a new downstairs AC unit in my home in Feb, so almost a full HVAC overhaul. They have always been very informative and responsive from the beginning, during, and the completion. Any issue or concern was promptly addressed. Had a small issue with AC pressure in summer due to the cold temperatures in Feb, but those issues were resolved so fast, without question or conflict at no charge because of the warranty. No hidden games. Every member of their staff has been very kind and informative. They really try to earn and keep your business. The scheduling receptionist to any team member who comes to your house is amazing. Feels like you invited your closest friendly neighbor into your house even though so smile comes with a bill, lol.
