Another company told me my furnace was cracked and needed repairs, but I called Roland for a second opinion and they confirmed there was no crack. I have been a longtime customer with a “big name” company, but when my air conditioner failed on Wednesday night, they could not schedule me until Sunday. Luckily, I found Roland Black, and they were able to schedule me the same day. I am so appreciative of their excellent service; we have pets and would not have been able to stay without air conditioning. Joe was our technician; he arrived on time and was very polite and respectful. He diagnosed the problem with expertise of the system and parts needed and was able to have the unit running again very soon. Prior to arrival, I was given a call and a message with the name of the technician coming, and Joe went over in detail all options and pricing and answered all of our questions.
